Mag Aso Falls|| Kabankalan City

How to get there: Mag Aso Falls is located in Barangay Oringao,Kabankalan City Negros Occidental (Philippines). Its just a 2-3 hours travel from bacolod City via Ceres Tours, fare is only P130.00 for air conditioned & P90.00 for non-aircon. From the bus terminal get a tricycle to "Mercado" which is P8.00/passenger,  its a small public market. I suggest that you should buy everything you need before going to the resort. From Mercado ride a jeepney-Mabinay route fare is P40.00, just tell the driver that youre going to Mag Aso and when you get there take another tricycle to reach the resort fare is P40.00 per person but it will take you forever to wait for other passengers, so what we did is we paid P100.00 and its good to go. 

Accommodation/Room Rates:  Entrance fee is P25.00/each & Cottage is P200.00 up until 5pm only. If you wish for an overnight stay just add P300.00

This room is P1000/night with 2 single beds, comfort room and it can accommodate maybe up to 5-6 persons.

Mag Aso Resort

Our original plan is really to explore Guimaras Island but we landed in Mag Aso Falls due to the heavy rain and considering the budget as well. But guess what? it feels like we didn't want to go home, the nature like ambiance is very refreshing, the beautiful trees, falls and flowers relieved me from stress. We then decided to stay overnight and to celebrate the birthday of a special friend! what a memorable experience :)
